Associate

Ignacio concentrates his practice on tax matters. He has participated in advising national and international clients in matters related to project finance, foreign investment, local and multinational transactions, acquisitions and mergers, corporate restructurings, due diligence, capital markets, presentations before the Chilean Tax Authority, Municipalities, National Customs Service, among others.

He joined Morales & Besa in 2021. Previously, he did internships at Alto S.A (2018).
