We represent both creditors, whether banks or other financial institutions, and debtors, in all kinds of transactions, including: secured and unsecured financings; structured financings; acquisition financings; securitizations; restructurings and capitalizations.

We have also actively participated in various project financing transactions, mainly in the energy and infrastructure sectors, including some of the most emblematic of recent years. We have extensive experience in the financing of power generation projects, transmission lines, highways, airports, hospitals, dams and ports, among others, whether advising financiers, sponsors, shareholders, operators, advisors, suppliers, purchasers and underwriters.
