Francisca concentrates her practice in corporate matters, specifically corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance, providing advice on corporate law to both public and private companies.

In compliance matters, she has provided advice on the implementation of crime prevention and data protection, including compliance and risk matrix consulting, internal investigation processes and implementation of corporate policies.
